Outdoor herb gardens provide a wonderful opportunity to plant a wide
variety of herbs.
But if you can't find a suitable location outside,
you can still have your fresh and organically grown herbs by
creating a windowsill herb garden or even an herb garden in a
basket.
These smaller gardens are fun to create and
care for. If you have a few special herbs that you use most often,
your small container herb garden is a great way to always have fresh
cuttings available.
In this video, you'll learn how to
use an old farmer's market basket to make a great container garden.
Fill it with your favorite herbs
and your cooking will be full of flavor all summer long
Container gardening is a great way to grow plants,
vegetables and herbs
without needing a lot of space. Herbs do especially well
and can be grown
right outside your kitchen door.
